1. Timeline and Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Authorization Required
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without prior approval.
Before shipping your return, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.

3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If your return is approved:
